Fun and good pay, best company.. timely salary deposit in your bank account. No forced dispatch, had not faced any difficulty while taking day off or switch

Training is not long enough. Although the support is there if needed. Pay rate should be higher for the amount of calls and work to be done. They group 4 to 5 departments in one for same pay.

was a great place to work at the start. now its gone down hill. management has become cut throat and with no compassion or understanding to the ppl they employ. if you dont come in sick or broken or dead. you get written up and to a more harsher extent, terminated. Management forces the employees to work in unsafe health and safety conditions while pushing unfair work loads onto the skeleton staffing they currently employ while lining their pockets with all the bonuses.

Straight shifts ..mgmt not breathing down your throat .. very physical work keep you in shape...Pay is very low especially in todays times... And very toxic...not part of the clique? Good luck as they wont treat you well ..

Cependant j'ai dû passer par une agence qui est global tl pour travailler pour Day & Ross...Eux c'est zéro en communication et ils m'ont laissé tomber malgré la réussite totale de mes livraisons au travers de Montréal et ses environs...J'ai dû arrêter à cause de la covid-19 et ensuite un autre problème incontrôlable animalier qui ne n'appartenait pas...Ils m'ont proposé un travail alors que je ne pouvais pas tout de suite.Ensuite ils ne répondent plus...

Not bad place to work. Day goes by fast cause there is always something to do. Some weirdos work the graveyard shift though. You can tell their lives are miserable. Other than that its pretty chill.

They don't care about you product being shipped. They are completely oblivious that most of there employees there are just completely useless. Being there around so many incompetent people was exhausting. The employees are so bad on forklifts. Management doesn't try to get there employees higher in the company they just hire the next person out of know where that know literally nothing. Management is great with hiring useless people and your never get a promotion

This place needs to get better management or send the ones there to school to learn how to manage. Most of the employees and drivers were good. Typical day work is being micromanage by the managers.

Their equipment is deficient and they wouldn’t do nothing about it. Always reporting the date of the new scanners to come in. Not a place to work specially in Bathurst
