Process was based on previous work and contract with them, and have to go through a staffing agency.

Can be very intimidating. However if you know your stuff its a simple straight forward interview.

Put it this way, when it’s your turn for an answer they totally ignore you,, as if you do not exist, very sad and unprofessional

Dumb.there was no interview.the turn around rate is high because of how they people

The interview process is determined based on employee potential. If someone is not qualified for a position, the interview will be much shorter.

Alot of information is not given to you until after you're hired so it puts you in tight spots when things go bad.
