I learned a lot about brain injuries and different types, behavioural strategies and therapies and working within a professional team. Co-workers very supportive with each other. I loved doing out reach and physio in the pool with clients helping them achieve their goals. I loved seeing their smiling faces when they reach a goal that sometimes may take them years to achieve and building a good rapport with each of them.
Hardest part is not having scheduled shifts, they are changed every 8 weeks so it makes parenting and scheduleing family time very difficult. Working only 3-4 hour shifts at times was also difficult as I live 45 min. away.
