worked as a supervisor, ok pay. Training can be limited. The staff can be very friendly but all in all your over worked and underpaid like any other fast food place. There is lots to learn and if you want there are many different things you can do on a weekly biases and every day you could be doing something else, being making/decorating cakes, cash, making front of house products or kitchen(burgers and fries kind of thing) or cleaning outside.
Many things and skills can be learned here if your willing to push though the low wage.
