Lack of pay raises, benefits and poor work schedules due to lack of employee numbers. Grill staff has absolutely no recognition towards the 'AWESOME' awards, let's face it, if Grill staff can get an order out in about 2 minutes and the customer finds the food hot, delicious, neat/clean, it's not the server that did this, they only provided the smile. There is a lot of 'behind the scenes' skills in the Grill employment that go unnoticed; time management/organizing, cooperation/team player, perpetual training/mentoring, cleanliness, physical stamina/endurance, clear communication details, inventory, dedication, safety just to mention a few.
