It'll last but Management will never change. Family owned and it's their way or no way. So, the turn around of employees is constant, which means never any consistency in the workflow. Lots of errors and time consumed in poor training methods. Great place for beginners to get experience and then get out to where they can really build a career. Can't find one good thing to say, even their Employee Appreciation BBQs in the summer are like feeding prisoners, disgusting and done with very little respect. Holiday's are not paid in full must work a certain number of hours prior to the holiday, they only give 9 out of the 10 holidays in the year of which they often choose to switch those days. For example, public holiday on a Thursday will be then switched to a Friday. Claim to be for the betterment of employees so they get a long weekend however Friday's are a shortened day of the week by 1 hour EVERY week so you get 1 hour less of holiday pay and also you just missed out on time with your spouse or friends or family who had the actual holiday off! Don't even want to start with how bad they've handled COVID! No real care for employees. The second you walk through their doors they feel they own you so be ready for all that comes at you if you choose to work here. Good luck!
