CWD started out very small (5-10 employees) and as it grew there were the usual company growing pains. The rapid growth to 100 employees hit upper management hard and they had to learn to deal with managing a much larger company. During this time period (2012-2014) there was a lot of turnaround but lessons were definitely learned. From 2014 to present, upper management have applied principles to keep people interested in the company and encourage a stable environment. Business features such as themed company lunches, team events, salary commensurate with geographical location, KCJ fund for higher education training, good benefits, a focus on people development and better management have all contributed to a great place to work. There is also a good work/life balance. Keep in mind CWD is not an easy place to work because you must possess intelligence, business and people skills, drive and passion but if you do your job well and you have a passion for what you do, you will go places here.
