Boring and poor management
Event Specialist (Ancien employé) –  Windsor, ON16 septembre 2019
The job is extremely boring, you my have a few hours where it might be busy depending on what you're sampling but for the most part, you stand there and do nothing. Management promises raises when you get all your certifications but then prevents you from getting them. Also, constantly expected to take an emergency shift with barely any notice and then when you don't they retaliate by not giving any shifts. The job itself isn't bad but the stress and drama caused by the management isn't worth the low pay and hours. Also have to do paper work after every shift unpaid. If you run out of product to sample or store doesn't order enough, then you cant and work and don't get paid anything

Great job if you have no life
Account Manager (Ancien employé) –  Toronto, ON21 août 2019
The company paints a pretty picture of this role that is the unicorn, Pay for KM , parking, cellphone working Thursday-Monday but it all comes with a price of actually working seven days a week roughly 12-14 hours a day.
You will get calls, text and emails throughout the day and night with an expectation of an answer of immediate.

I had several of great workers on my team who I helped to grow and installed selling techniques, better scripts and confidence.
I really tried to add value to the company by making suggestions on improvements which fell on deaf ears.
Points positifs
good training, work from home, okay pay
Points négatifs
Zero days off, working 12+ hour days, no balance

The Worst place to work Period they will screw you over every chance they have. DO NOT WORK for this company
Sales Representative (Ancien employé) –  Regina, SK2 août 2019
CrossMark is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to be associated with. They will screw you over any chance they can. Still waiting to be properly paid for my severance. That was 6 months ago. They have refused to accept any of my communications on this matter. Run away from this company. DO NOT work for this company.
Points positifs
None Worst company ever
Points négatifs
No benefits, Well under industry standard for work milage, full time is 38 hrs/week so they don't have to pay benefits, i could keep going but there are to many to mention.

Too tedious and typical office time wasters
Account Manager (Ancien employé) –  Toronto, ON18 avril 2019
Typical senseless meetings boggles up efficiency of actually working on client projects. Meetings to discuss meetings, too much repeated emails and communication, archaic file sharing systems, managers including managers including managers. Emails upon emails upon cc emails upon conversations that go on and on and on. The kind of company that needs to refine their workplace culture in effectively using communication skills better. I always used to ask myself when in a meeting 'what purpose does this serve and is this useful use of my time?' Times that by 50 people and the preparation and all, it was a waste of my time reviewing and reviewing senseless information. For a just get it done person, this will drive you crazy. Less than industry standards in salary too and benefits are not great.

Good leadership team.
Great brands.
Multi-cultural/diversity which is nice.

Terrific Home Based Freelance Job
Data Collector (part-time) (Employé actuel) –  Nanaimo, BC4 juin 2018
My job as a Data Collector is terrific. It's part-time in a set territory with regular weekly assigned jobs and additional monthly jobs as well. There are also quarterly, bi-yearly and yearly jobs that are required. Everything is based off of monthly time frames.

By boss is great!

Wide Variety of work, keeps it interesting
RETAIL SALES REP (Employé actuel) –  Ontario31 mai 2018
They represent too many brands that hard date work on different days at the store store which makes scheduling difficult.
Management is disorganized and emails are constantly sent out to provide updates and clarification.
Next weeks work often doesn't drop until the Friday before so you don't know your schedule in advance.
Must have a good relationship with the store to complete your tasks successfully.
Points positifs
Flexible Hours
Points négatifs
Disorganized HO

A simple job
Laura Costello - Supervisor (Ancien employé) –  Scarborough, ON23 mai 2018
It is a simple job, but it requires carrying a lot of heavy load which is the hardest part of the job. It also can be tiring, because you are standing for long hours. It also involves travelling far.
