Your job security all depends on who you know. They underappreciate the employees. Long time loyal employees are made to feel disposable if they voice any unfairness. The former CEO showed more appreciation for employees. The present seems more concerned with proving himself at the expense of the employees happiness...puts money above anything else.

The company is a good place to work for; 1. A recent graduate that is stating out and wants to earn experience with customer service. 2. Part time students or individuals who need flexibility with their daily life. I loved providing support to insurance clients when they suffer a loss.

Work Balance is poor. Its not easy to advance in the company
It was not a very productive experience working here. Did not enjoy the nature of the job, very stressful environment. Management not very cooperative. Some staff very good, others quite cold and unfriendly. Very monotonous work and no learning anything new. Very boring job. No chance of advancement too!!
