The training was a binder and then you are dumped into the call centre all on your own with no support.

Most challenging was going out on the road, understanding the difference between assessing claims internally and externally. External adjusting has many rewarding features, the travelling, meeting new people and assisting people at times when they really need guidance. Other challenges are dealing with people at their worse and giving them a sense of direction.
