If your a favourite your set if your not look out. You are forced to do different runs at the last minute if you don’t they threaten to suspend and or Fire you. Pay is great but it’s not worth it Different Rules for every one

Worst managers i have ever seen in my whole life. No respect is given to workers and are treated as a servants pay is really good, no flexibility. No growth, no raise

Everyone for themselves and management plays drivers against each other and treats each differently

Management plays drivers against one another and does something for one and not the rest of the drivers .Management threatens to give you time off if you don't do something that they want you to do (like change your run ) with 5 min notice

Nice place to work. Not rushed at all. Good management. Co workers are easy to get along with. Truck are newer, 2021 freightliner. Good dedicated runs.

Great company, good work home balance, new equipment except too much safety controls on trucks. Mostly organized company with few issues. Best company by far I’ve ever worked for.

A company that does all they can to do the right thing for their employees. It is work place but we try to be personal and consider the importance of family and work life balance. It is understood that we work to live not live to work.

I have worked for many companies this company has balance across the board, great hours ,great pay excellent management they just expect you be a professional and work for the money they pay you, fair. Management constantly checking in to see if all is good thats very rare. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to be recognized as a true industry professional and be paid what you are worth. Five stars across the board.

Division Truck driver (Ancien employé) - Mississauga, ON - 22 août 2020

i was hired as a truck driver and i was doing it the best possible way i could and i got fired because i did not wanna clean their customer garbage. When i was asked to do so i politly refused to do do and i informed the company that i was asked to clean which is not part of my job and they said you are right it is not your job. The next time i went to same customer i was again asked to clean and again refused politely and left, i got a call from higher management i was told that you could avoided us a "s**t storm by cleaning" and now they dont want to you to come back. So was told to go home and after that i got an email saying that i was terminated and my service was no longer needed. They denied me my 2 weeks notice pay saying because i had 2 incident and i was terminated with cause which totally not right. I would be very careful if i would be you.

Horrible Management Team

If you are looking for a company in which supervisors treat their employees with respect and fairness, this is not the place. The only workplace I know of that rewards harassment and bullying. If you are not in the supervisors group of favourites, good luck.

Productive work enviroment

Driver (Employé actuel) - Mississauga, ON - 31 décembre 2018

Work day starts at about 3:00pm. I check my truck over to make sure everything is secure and safe. I plan my route, And follow the GPS to the required destination. Once I have Reached my destination I unload my cargo. Then I pick up more cargo and head back to home base.
