I have learned from so many guest that came thru from business trip all the way from pleasure. I enjoyed my time being with the company. Normal day for me was detail cleaning and learning the ends and out of my department. There was a lot of favoritism from management but I didn't let it bother me or my performance. I felt like the hardest part of the job was everyone wasn't cross trained to do a lot more to help out the rest of the team. But I did enjoy getting to know my guest and my co-workers.

During interview you are told your able to get at least 32 hours. All lies management doesn't belong managing. Poor training but high expectations. Never fully train you expect you to be prepared less than month of not being fully training but that's what u get in an Franchised hotels ran by high hotels.

Management feeds you lies and act like you should be prepared without proper training, wouldnt recommend anyone to work there, they only believe in lunch break have to ask to get any other break, after 4 hours of working lucky if u get a break, over work employees and take advantage of them.
