A company that provides little or no support to its employees yet demands in excess of his or her contractual obligations. It is family owned, their management style is non-existent. They only care about bottom line and neglect efforts of its employees. A terrible place to work.

I like my co workers but I can't survive as a single parent on the wages or the hours I receive. I am never sure when I go to work if I will be there for 8 hours or less.

It is a good place to learn and grow, you can face vary challenge same problems to all the small size hotel and Franchises, one person plays a lot of roles but with poor wage. According to the management group's skills and style, staff's feeling can be very different. Making sure you know it is a Franchise or branch by Marriott. Because the management group totally different on the business performance and employee management. Usually, they are organizational management, so with the problem of franchise like high turnover rate, misunderstanding and less repect between managers and teammembers, no plan for incoming events and group, less training for new hire staff, lack of team leader, etc. But employees have empowerment to make decisions and participate in discussion at anytime, few levels of management between mannagement and staff level employees.
