Couche-tard is the worst place to work for not recommended at all worst management system they deal with the employees as a slaves no security at all no benefits
The hours can fluctuate depending on circumstances, management can vary from good to outright horrible in the span of a few months and there are few to grow within the company.
you can a slight discount on store products
Being a client and seeing the employees work seems like the job is easy and that we as workers don't do much, but in reality, there is so much to do at this company. This job does not bore you, if you want to work hard for your money then this is the place.

I loved working at Circle K, however both me and my friend were fired on unethical grounds, with higher ups doing nothing to stop it. The job itself itself is easy, but dealing with the management can be hard
worked around my school schedule
too many to list
Receive merchandise, serve customers, count cigarettes, count the cash, make product orders to the headquarters. I learned to use the PDI Desktop and the handheld to input information to the system.
Very Physical, no security
My typical shift at Circle K would be from 3pm-10pm . I learned how to effectively provide great customer service . During the time I worked at circle K management switched over 5 times which was a bit difficult but overall all the managers were great. My Co-Workers were essentially rendered irrelevant because I usually worked alone . The hardest part of the job was doing the essential nightly to-do list due to being alone for the majority of the shift . The most Enjoyable part of the job was the genuine relationships I developed with a handful of customers.
Typical day includes serving customers, stocking goods, taking orders. Learned how to deal with customers professionally. Hardest part of the job would be dealing with lottery tickets. Most enjoyable is the friendly atmosphere and the recurring customers.
Flexible hours, relatively straight-forward work
Workload changes day to day
