If I was in charge I'd make sure all my staff were looked after. The key to business is look after your employees and they will look after your customers. To lead people you need to walk behind them is an old saying which rings so true. You want to improve your business? Make sure you get consistent feedback from your employees as they are the strength of the business. Happy employees will create a positive environment for staff and customers. Treat each employee as a partner in the business. If people feel like they are important and included they will take pride in their job.
Send mangers to different stores in area, same as the supervisors. There is to much favoritism in hiring. Myself and my friend had interviews some day different departments. He got hired on the spot it took me over a month to hear back. You will have another job before you hear from them. Its also who you k ow , not what you know.
No, need more full time. Better supervisors, they hire who they know and want. Was told that if you get turned down by one Vostvo, mo other Costco will hire you
Iys sll favoritism. Wish there was a way to put complaints into the CEO, because managers and supervisors do not hire by the guidelines. No one should have to wait for mo ths or years to be hired.
Make sure ALL STAFF, are on the same rules and same answers. Stop passing the buck.
Doing the same job all day can get very annoying, being switched around is very refreshing and would make the day a lot more enjoyable.
