Comments on hiring/interview process? how do they interview, questions asked

  • the interview process was longer than expected, I was interviewed two times by two different people.

  • for me it was quick, they asked me a few. questions like, what was a project that I worked on recently that I'm proud of and some others. Nothing too complicated

  • My interview process was rushed, Was suppose to do 2 different interviews but did both at the same time. Was more of a personality check than an experience check.

    Smile, Be polite, positive and act impossibly flexible.
    Be 10-15 early for both appointments, they are checking your reliability and punctuality.

    Most importantly remember that your "interview" is actually the seasonal position you start in. Give it your all and apply to Regular part time positions the company posts, once you have one of those you're golden.
