The management only favors the people they like and completely ignore the other hard-working employees. Culture is toxic with a political work environment. Lots of promises were made and not kept about advancement in the company. Promotion and advancement are only for those who are good friends with the boss. Also some supervisors completely lack team management and leadership skill to lead. They have high turn over rate and can't keep full staff even during the recession.

This is my first oilsands HVAC job and I feel extremely fortunate to have ended up joining this team. As a new employee you have endless resources to aid you into a smooth transition within your department. I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful everyone was when you had a questions or concern.
I personally believe management has done an excellent job of selecting the people that make up this team and it just makes coming to work feel like your going to hangout with the guys. Your day to day up here is so much more enjoyable when you are having fun at work !
Best place I have ever worked. Couldn't imagine working elsewhere after now experiencing this opportunity.
Triage Supervisor (Employé actuel) – Windsor, ON – 3 novembre 2019
Very busy, time goes by quick bcuz of it. Every person has their job duties but are helpful showing you the ropes apart from their own busy workload. Triage supervisor can be delegated and done from home.
