Interview was ok,done over skype however recruiter and management lied about wage and employment terms

They don't exist,upper management bonuses are based on profits made so good luck ever seeing a penny over your starting wage as it would reduce their bonus

You shouldn't unless it's an only option and you are willing to sacrifice the integrity of your trade for their corporate gains

14, pending approval. Vacation pay is added to your hourly wage to make it look like they are paying you more than what they are.

Trying to explain deficiencies in previously completed and signed off work that was done by people not even trained in the trade or competent to be doing the work

I don't remember. Mostly I interviewed them while they lied about what their company believed in. They were desperate for someone with my experience. I later learned why.... Can't keep journeyman, except the bosses brother, who will never quit or get fired. Ooops. I did not ask enough questions during the interview or I would have seen all the red flags.

Feed back is generally a pink slip for making them look bad for neglecting to understand any part of the trades they oversee
