Condor Security - Avis

I Have been employed by Condor for the last 1 plus year. My typical day at work involves access controls, patrolling key points in the building, receive and process packages and mails, writing reports and most importantly customer service - taking care of residents complaints and requests. Before taking this job, I worked in a commercial set up(bank). I learn starting from access controls to customer service, every day. When it comes to Management at Condor, I am very impressed by how they conduct business on a day to day basis dealing with the employees' issues, employee training and employee placements etc. When I visit their head office I see young talented supervisors and operations coordinators brimming with high confidence level working efficiently to resolve issues and take care of things. When it comes to work culture, all the co-workers are very professionals and easy to work with. If I have to say anything about the hardest part of the work, it would be achieve 110 percent to protect safety and security of all the occupants in the building. And when it comes to most enjoyable part of the job is to see the smiling faces of the occupants and the satisfaction I get when I resolve an issue and connect to residents. All in all I truly enjoy working for Condor.

I work at a luxury rental building in Oakville. The job is one where one must be observant, professional and courteous. The staff I work with are a pleasure to work with and the management are quiet strict but fair. I would recommend this company highly.

-Learned a lot of new things everyday about emergency response and security Procedures.-Great management in terms of scheduling and easily accessible.- Everyone is respectful and friendly with each other.-Hardest part of the job could be something dealing with homeless people. -The most enjoyable part of the job is interacting with others and building great customer service skills.

No benefits, long hours, no room for growth if you don’t get in office immediately, they are not organized and they force you to write reviews in your trainings. It’s a good first or temporary job and that’s it. No benefits are available either.
