Avantages:Belle ambiance de travail. Respect des employés et formations continues. Prime sur performance.Opportunité d'avancement (promotion).Plusieurs ressources à disposition pour effectuer son travail efficacement.Inconvénient: Horaire de travail instable… change à chaque 2 semaines et ne tient pas en compte le weekend traditionnel (samedi et dimanche)

Après une formation de trois semaines, l'équipe est divisée en groupe de travail d'au moins 10 personnes. au moins une fois à la semaine il y a une rencontre de performance pour évaluer la qualité des appels, la durée et le traitement.

Great people work at Concentrix, the salaries are far behind what is needed to survive on your own in 2024

My team leaders and managers were great when you could have a word with them. But they are always unavailable as they spend their entire days in meetings, speaking to a client, that seems to not do much to make your job palpable.  Coworkers were great. You need to be able to figure out how to do your job on your own. The training in theoretical aspect is great, then, once in production, you are thrown to the wolves. There are people to answer questions as well, often, they are too busy to respond because not enough senior agents or informed colleagues that can help in a prompt manner. Thus, you have to be able to solve problems by yourself. If you survive your first three months, don't breathe a sigh of relief,  then you have to talk to two clients at once, their antiquated systems and computers go off. Their expectations of employees and what they provide you to meet them, don't jive. The client I worked for had very underdeveloped tools, yet was a multi-billion dollar tech giant, in retail.  I don't know how much of that is on Concentrix and how much was due the company I was hired to work for on Concentrix behalf.  The tools were way bellow  the level needed to do the tasks assigned and provide an adequate service to clients. I had to take initiative and put in place my own procedures because our client, i.e the company we worked for was slow to update any of their tools or methods,  or anticipate problems with their policies. They were clueless when it comes to adapting work tools to optimize your work flow. I was a top performing agent for my department, consistently, within -

Good people in management, but like coworkers, were not enough people, in numbers to make up for the demands of the job.

Points négatifs

terrible pay, antiquated tools, unavailable management, disconnected client that Concentrix needs to bring back down to earth.

That’s not what we're aiming to hear, but please know we’re always going to listen because when it comes down to it, that’s how we learn and improve. We think we have something pretty special at Concentrix + Webhelp and we've gotten here by being open to change. So, thanks for your feedback. We’re definitely down to switch things up.
