Some of the managers try but most have had the life sucked out of them long ago unfortunately. It used to have potential but they've lost any will to try now. The wages are horrible for the constant mental abuse you take. Do not put yourself through that. Also the building itself is very unhealthy and dirty. Stains on walls stay for months. Everyone there is sick all the time. It's concerning in these times we live in.

I’ve worked at a lot of call centres, the problem this company has are not call centre problems they are Concentrix problems.

My biggest issue is the schedule. They give you no say in what you work, your hours or days off, they have no system in place to request days off or swap shifts with coworkers, but if you have something you need to do and call in you are reprimanded and will be fired very quickly.


-Unless you track your own hours like a hawk they will underpay you and fight back when you try to get the extra 10+ hours of pay that you worked.


-I hope having no say over your schedule and constantly working the worst shifts with no weekends works for you because they do not care.


-Truly do not consider their employees people, they are just robots and numbers on a chart.


-work environment is toxic and horrible


-aThere are 1-2 members of management that try to make up for all the bs because they see it and get it but there is only so much they can do.


-If you have any kind of medical, religious, family accommodation at all they will hold it against you and give you the worst of everything as a result.

They’re really big about bragging rights to the point that they just seem pretentious in a bad way. They brag about spending money on items and services that seem kind of useless at the cost of other more useful things. Like for instance they go on and on about this stupid slide they have and constantly remind us that they paid 56,000 USD on it like this is a good thing. Yet our benefits are not very good and could be much better. A great example of the problem at Concentrix is the fact that everything looks very pretty but everything is very uncomfortable.

During my time there the company had extended their hours into a 24-hour a day working building. The competitive shift bid is enough to give pretty much anyone a nervous breakdown. Landing on midnights, after a shift bid where my performance was put against people who have been at the company for decades, I was left to scrounge and try to figure out transportation because the city of Belleville doesn't have buses running.

Very nice to work there. The people was friendly, the supervisors were always there when we needed help and we had all the tools to work very comfortable. I loved there and made good friends and met interest people.

Where to begin. I have worked for many different companies and none of those companies are comparable to this one. The culture in this company is all wrong and they have people working in positions they should not be working in. HR is no help, i did not know if I was going to be getting paid the full amount of hours I worked because of computer issues the company admitted was their fault. If you workhereyou also need to be ready to becontantly watched through your computer screen and not take anybathroom breaks. They frown upon employees going to the bathroom during the day and you must be ready to constantly by equipment that they will not cover because their systems are not under control. I have spend over 200$ in equipment because they continue saying saying the old headsets don't work, you need to buy more or you can't work. This is by far the worst company I have worked for in my life. They do not care about their employees whatsoever. Steer clear..

good place, nice and one on one communication with management

Horrible place to work. You are paid by the min. You can submit what they call “bio” breaks if you have to use the washroom during your shift but they take it off your pay anyways. Managers do not care, it’s all about making the numbers. The client Apple sets one standard but Concentrix sets its own way above what Apple puts in place making it almost impossible to make bonuses.

Management is good. Provides good training and focus on development. The only negative point is the salary. I’d go back to them if they offer above minimum wage.

Honestly I would say that I missed Concentrix.
They are a touch skewed, but what call center isn't. Definitely one of the better call centers around. They are willing to work with you as long as you're willing to take the coaching. Although they can be nitpicky

you go to work and do your job and go home. I wish they did not have a target time and work with customers one on one. Sometimes it gets boring but you just have to go through the day

I worked there for 4 months, in that time I was constantly getting screamed at by customers, they said horrible, nasty things to me and I’m not the most thick skinned person so yea, it got to me. Guess what team leaders did? Not much, they brush it off like it’s nothing to be called every name in the book and tell you to do another call while you’re still in tears! As far as pay, it’s good but the one time I didn’t get my pay & needed it for rent, I told HR this and the chick gave me $900 in pre-paid visa gift cards instead of a cheque and said take it or leave it! Of course my landlord wouldn’t take the visa gift cards so that was fun to deal with. I’d rather live in a box than work there again!

Still employed, promised support and coachings , in 2 months of production I have had 6 coachings as opposed to the 10 plus per week promised. Demands for help ignored. Had maybe 20 minutes with manager since starting. Tech issues ignored. So far not the experience promised in class. Told job had benifits only to be told we have to wait 2 years. Only real support from piers who are still learning and the occasional manager or TM... Poor prep , poorly executed nesting class. Most in class questions ignored. People are friendly , great attitudes just poor execution, unfortunately not the best experience, maybe brick site better. Would not recommend at home work. Also lowest pay for position. Entertaining other offers.

long term pros to this company are far and few between. this is good for a short term position. this was supposed to be a 6 month job while i found better work, it has now been 6 years

Convergys is what it is. It's a good place to work. Good people there. It is a call centre environment where you are working for other large companies on contract.

This is a place that is without a manager it seem, or a HR department. We had to submit our own payroll, our own hours, had to set up our own work information. The training was amazing, however that trainer is no longer there. When I left, a lot of others was leaving as well. Not sure how they are doing anymore.

Some of the management genuinely cares, but most of it is not very supportive and is very "do it yourself" oriented, with not much support available.because they have "more important things to deal with".

The trainers actively mention from time to time that people are only expected to stay employed for six months due to the stress and lack of support on everyone's part.


Human Resources in particular is very sleazy, and almost seems to go out of its way to remain that way. It can create a very toxic work environment with the management, which will ultimately distract you from your job and lower your performance.


Your schedule is based on your performance usually, and while that may be an encouraging thought to some, your metrics are never good enough. They want you to be quick on calls, but they also want you to get positive customer surveys; so essentially they want you to rush people off the phone and for them to be happy about it.


And if you get a negative survey, whether it's about you or about something beyond your control such as something another advisor did, it's stuck there on your record. They cannot revoke any surveys, even if the comment mentions it has nothing to do with you.


Plus the company really just wants to push as many people as possible to their Tier 2, regardless of how skilled the advisor is. Tier 2 is very stressful and you receive even less support than you would normally.


There are benefits covering optical, pharmaceutical and dental, so that is nice anyway. And the pay is slightly above minimum wage, but it doesn't necessarily make

My Job was gutted from technical support to selling someone else to do said support that was not trained and i was much better than at doing. Left because they froze wages and were swtiching us to sales
