The pay is amazing but the place itself doesn't train you properly, giving a customer an even worse time then if they have a properly trained rep. Team leader or management is no help when going into the work force and they criticize you even though their training is terrible. Break time is okay if you even have time to go on your break. If your looking for experience and decent pay this job is for you but otherwise look somewhere else.

Let me see... I started working there for a new campaign. Said campaign only stayed for less than a year. Team leads (supervisors) were hired halfway through training, could not answer your questions, would mislead you and you'd take the fall for it. No one higher up cared about the employees under them. If you needed disability accommodations, you'd be required to get multiple doctor's notes that *you* had to pay for.
Typical call centre, was screamed at, cussed at, called derogatory slurs, threatened, etc. All for things far outside of my control. Call backs from supervisors required a 24-48 business hours wait. But wait, it was never our supervisor to do the call backs. It was always a senior agent.

Overtime was mandatory. You got no choice.

Coworkers were amazing. Work from home was horrid. No support. Started a new campaign once the prior one left, training was online, not helpful at all. You were thrown onto the phones with no support. Toxic workplace, management has favourites, no support whatsoever, and good luck to you if you don't fit perfectly into their neat little cookie cutter box and have any additional needs.

Pay did not suit the job we were expected to do either. Call after call, email after email, mountains of paperwork, and no time for a restroom break or even to just catch your breath between it all.

Save yourself the damage to your mental health. Just don't.

You are better off being unemployed than working at Concentrix Mississauga. This company is filled with uneducated junky people on trainer, Team Leader and operations manager positions. Management just keeps avoiding their job. None of the Leadership team members know anything about the campaign they are working for. They never answer any customer calls because they don't know anything and just keep pushing the agents to their limits. They have no idea about what they are supposed to do. They listen to your calls and criticize you but never answer even one call and teach you what is to be done and how it should be done. They don't set any good examples. Job avoidance is second nature of leadership team here. They all need to be fired!!!!! This is a place for people who cannot achieve anything in life and are failures at everything. Call centre jobs like that are for LOSERS!!!!!! HR Business partner is very biased and is running this place like its her family business. She has employed her entire family here. If you complaint about any leadership team member, she starts defending them. Sometimes it is difficult to understand if she is working in HR for the staff or for the management. Uneducated Lady and extremely unsuitable for the job!!!!! Just give this place a miss because they will make you mentally ill!

I would not recommend this place of employment to anyone based on my experience working there for one year. The team leaders are not helpful. Some work hard while others sit and get paid the same rate of pay. Commission payments always change goalposts so you never reap your benefit at the end of the month. The work environment is not kept clean.

if you want to get humiliated and made fun of goahead and start working there. Don't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Pathetic Experience of my life.

If the paid was better I would stay long term. The work is easy managment is nice but monotonous and the hours are long, but for starting out, highly recommend.

Sure, it's full time. But that's really the only pro to working with concentrix. The management is a mess. Everyone is very fake here. Supervisors don't coach agents so if you're struggling - too bad - if you have a coworker that messes up EVERY call and the customer calls back and SCREAMS at the next agent - too bad. HR doesn't care either. You can bring up issues until you're blue in the face (trust me, there are A LOT) and nothing will EVER get done about it. They also try to FORCE you to work stat holidays and then don't pay you for it. And if you get paid correctly for just a regular pay, it would be a miracle. They constantly "forget" to include 3,4,5 days of work per pay and then make YOU go to them for correction with PROOF that you worked (even though everything is time stamped in their systems, and then they finally pay you MONTHS later. Complete mess. STAY AWAY.

Even after completing all necessary steps, I was keep getting email stating I have not done my parts for application and they put my application inactive after a month.
I have reached out several times as well as sent all proof of completion but hiring team don't even check that email or not even reply to accept that proof. It feels like they don't even know how to work with email and future employees.

Think Different culture. Only limitation and reason for leaving was that they would not take my Antigravity Technology to their headquarters so no room for advancement consistent with what I truly best offered.

I was advised to go for a job interview by an employment agency and that was the probably one of the worst things I've ever done, career wise. The interview was quite easy, it turned out they just needed people regardless of what qualifications you have! So I was accepted on the spot as long as I spoke English and knew how to use a computer which I clearly did.
I was asked to attend training the following Monday.


Once I arrived a found a batch of 25 other individual all joining my training class. By the end of training we were down to 12, the majority of people just dropped off because of the nature of the training which was far from being constructed or navigated properly. The instructor literally had communication problems with the majority of us. Those classes were mundane and redundant, we kept covering the same theoretical material instead of being properly trained on the software we'll be using from the get-go.


Once I hit the floor and started the actual job, I could clearly see what I got myself into! It was a complete and utter mess. There was no sense of order whatsoever. The team leaders were extremely hostile and rude, we had to depend on other agents for help and in all honesty they were the best. They weren't paid extra to guide you through your difficulties but they did it any ways so a BIG THANK YOU TO THE COWORKERS. Scheduling was a mess. The tasks we're asked to do in as customer service agents in banking was immense for the pay we got! You have to take call after call, guide customers through their problems, escalate things when necessary, report complaints

Spent 6 months and not regularized because of the fact that i tried to contribute sa QA info and they took it the wrong way. Then i was told im not eligible for rehire. Good job guys! All knowing!

Do not let the lobby to disceve you (the only decent part of the building); as for the work aspect, I would highly not reccomend this job to anyone. The managers (TL's) are beyond rude and they have a very limited amount of people who they actually like. The training has to be the best part of this job overall, but training does not prepare you for what you will endure on the calls/what you go through every day from rude and obnoxious customers. As for the working enviornment, the washrooms are never clean and have a tendency to smell like cigarettes, carpets have stains on them all throughout the building. Management does not have any regard for their employees, you're required to work a minimum of 13 hours a week (as part-time) spread out however you wish expect that one shift MUST be on a weekend. Everything is timed, including your washroom breaks, calls with customers. The location of the building is not the best either, buses stop running usually at 11 PM, meaning if you dont have a car and miss the bus you're walking home! Overall, this is the worst job I ever had!

Schedules don’t allow for a good, if any; work-life balance. Not paid nearly enough for what you’re doing. Paid by the minute, essentially. If you run to the bathroom every minute you’re gone they’re docking from your pay. Don’t care about employees physical or mental health, do not recommend at all.

Sweatshop atmosphere. Training is awful. Dirty. So desperate for workers they'll hire anyone. Constant turnover. I cannot stress enough how badly managed this company is.

It is a fun place to work but can be very stressful sometimes. I love my team members a lot because we believe a lot in team spirit and we achieve a lot of positive results.

People there are very nice, good team leaders who understand agents. It is very great to work at concentrix. Great working place, great benefit and goood seevices.

Call center position. Can be very busy and stressful. Was essentially a minimum wage job, some opportunity for advancement. Depends on the client/contract/team you are working with.
