Très difficile de garder le sourire à hôpital de la cité de santé les personnes sont très impatient et bête c’est la seule raison j’étais pas capable avec eux tu fais ton possible et on te crie les clients. J’ai adoré la gérante également.

Management doesn't care about your growth and promote those staff who can be their mute follower not based on competency. Dumb mangement, soon all the clients will know as the quality of staff they promote they hire lack knowledge or skills

The management is so great and knowing events/shifts so far in advanced makes it very easy to plan around. shifts aren't very long and work is straightforward. can get busy and overwhelming during concerts but not a problem if you like fast paced. nothing but good things to say about my time at the FirstOntario Centre (not overly thrilled with how the renovations have been handled but not the end of the world)

Hostile environment to work in. Poor and unclear communication from Management. No training/orientation was provided, and the expectation set was very high. They make you work double shifts and have no appreciation for any effort that is put in. Management is not open to any new changes. Unprofessional conduct from the senior leadership.

La pire entreprise de service alimentaire que j’ai vu de toute ma vie, personnel qui a aucun métier et pas formé pour travailler en cuisine, salaire vraiment bas , vous travaillerais avec des gens qui ont des problèmes de santé mentale et très toxiques en plus des gestionnaires d’exploitation « QUI ON RIEN AVOIR AVEC LE MÉTIER DE CUISINE » si vous êtes un vrai cuisinier c’est pas la bon place !!
