I am currently working part time at Compass. Tasks are fairly simple and easy to learn although it gets really busy. There are a lot of problems between the head management and the FOH. They are always trying to cut hours and it's done unfairly. If your supervisor likes you better than your coworkers, you get to stay longer but this means that we always end up understaffed. Food is half off but still fairly expensive.
From management to the workers are friendly and easy to talk to Performed their safety training for new and returning workers Assisted in making a safety matrix of employee safety training Perform daily safety talks Asked everyone for feedback on how to improve the safety culture
The people you work with are the best part, there is office politics and favoritisim at play. Not much work life balance. To show them dedication you need to work a lot of overtime to achieve many results/complete projects. Expectation is to create efficiencies with little time to do your job.
