Good Casual/Part-time Job During School
The management is so great and knowing events/shifts so far in advanced makes it very easy to plan around. shifts aren't very long and work is straightforward. can get busy and overwhelming during concerts but not a problem if you like fast paced. nothing but good things to say about my time at the FirstOntario Centre (not overly thrilled with how the renovations have been handled but not the end ...Nutrition Manager (Hamilton, ON)

horrible company to work for
Compass is a pathetic company with absolutely no morals and mankind. Their Human resources department is as good as useless. The HR knows nothing about HR- they don't even have a curtsey to acknowledge an employee's email and respond to them. This company cannot do a simple thing which is to provide a thorough training to their new hires. They do have any training plans/ procedures. They thrive on...Housekeeping (Hamilton, ON)

Dont do it!! Not the best place to work

Stable, decent, reliable job
Employees that are older can be gossipy. Management has the potential to be unorganized, but in general very caring and want you to do a good job. Unoforms are provided regularly and schedules are posted consistently. Training can be tough because the pay is less but over time commitment pays off.
