They will throw you under the bus when you no longer represent a cheap form of labour to them. There approach to managing and developing people is based on minimum wage maximum expectations. IE , 17 dollars an hour , no overtime paid but expected to work 12 hour shifts , responsibilities, qualifications , level 2 first aid , fire emergency response lead and monitor security of facility (hospital / staff) .
I had altruistic reasons for joining , thinking I could contribute ,be of service, but the management were so autocratic ,rank oriented and controlling that the entire expereince was very disappointing. Turn over is very high.
