- Fire all the VP's from Vancouver as they have a bad reputation with clients. Many clients shut the door/phone when they hear about CPL (Colliers Project Leaders) = Very bad reputation
- Look for new clients, expand services to include Design Built and CM projects, work with private developers and local municipalities
- Encourage honesty, integrity, teamwork, give credit to the humble hard workers - don't take credit for you have not done.
