The staff are all great people and the work is rewarding but senior management leaves a lot to be desired and human resource leadership is too afraid of a law suit to take care of disciplinary situations. For example, 2 Directors have had workplace bullying charges filed, at least 1 of which was found guilty and instead of terminating her employment they kept her on. What was the end result? More complaints and yes she is still employed in the same position. There have been 2 wrongful termination lawsuits which resulted in large payouts so I guess they're scared of another 1.
