It would be hard to answer this definitively because the organization is large and has many sites/housing.
In the main office there are quite few new people in HR, fund raising, administration and accounting. So everyone is getting to know the new people and new positions.
Generally it is an energetic and busy workplace.
People are generally friendly and helpful.
Their is a union in the office that protects people once they are established. Some longtime employees have left or been let go so turnover has been higher than in the past.
Growing comany with stresses of growing apparent. Management trying hard to deal with change some successfully others not so much.
