They have uniforms which are a huge bonus in my opinion. Primarily a black buttoned cardigan and a dress shirt with an a-line skirt or skinny legged dress pants (please don't wear leggings, these are not dress pants). And for men, pullover wool dress sweater, a dress shirt and blazer, all with dress pants. Keep it all black, with the exception of white or light blue for the dress shirt. Especially if you are applying for a seasonal position in which you don't get a uniform, you will make the hiring manager feel at ease that you know how to dress the part.
