The interview process was a mess. I applied for one role, then the interview changed to another positions, and then the offer was for a third position, all in the scope of a week. The management need to focus on projects and not constantly introduce new ones every time small issues arise. Make the rules, then play to exceptions, not the other way around. You will constantly feel watched and get the sense that your job is on the line for every action. This will lead to more mistakes and no innovation. Apply at Mcdonalds before working here.

I learned how to operate a vacuum truck, combo unit (pressure and steam) and vacuum. I also have experience operating a water truck and I'm in the process of getting my class 3. But with the current situation it will be awhile before everything gets back to normal.
You can learn alot at this place. there are lots of different jobs that this company does. If you want to learn new things this is a good place to work. you have to be a fast learner and catch on quick. Management needs more experience in dealing with employees.
Poor comunication between management/workers, long hours

I'd recommend anyone that has a class 3 or 1 drivers license to work here. Good work / home life. Not much trouble to get a bit of extra time off for special occasions. Safety is top priority with this company, or at least where I worked it did. Management was pretty good as well. Easy to talk to but very professional.
Back stabbing environment. Ineffective employees take credit for others work, to make themselves look good. Those same non-producing employees seem to get acknowledge from management for a job well done. Very male centered environment.
Loved working out there in bc it was fun got hotel rooms not camps so that was a bonus peridium everyday for after work company vehicles great work environment of u don't know if was never hard to ask what to do bosses were easy to work with and for
Day shift fun
Night shift u forget what day it is lmao
the strangest job I ever had. seems management does not fully get involved with the day to day operation unless something goes wrong. The product managers are in charge of how things get done but only give direction after the work has been done.
Shark tank culture with all employees looking over their shoulder. They will chew you up and trash you when they are done. Screwed over most employees upon leaving.
Working for them was good enjoy it very much but never home all ways away for 3 weeks and two weeks off it was up north and sometimes cold most of the time the food was good and the people you worked with were ok and they came from all over Alberta and B.C met lots of people that's for sure

Great experience servcing boilers in the oilsands in Canada with great crews from the Red Deer Clean Harbors location. Excellent training, certifications & on the job training with very informative, motivated and experienced crew members, project managers and supervisors. Excellent company to work for.
I enjoy working with my team as we are all professionals in our fields. The work place is very big on safety culture which is great, and we get great opportunity for hours. The pay is moderate but we work 21/7 rotations which gives us lots of overtime.
