Avis d'employé sur Clean Harbors
Have a few great locations for hauling.
Troubled manager. Can be very rude and demanding over nothing but forcing long hrs per week. Calls ahead before reset is over to verify that your ready to be on shift or disciplinary action would be taken due to short on staff.

Fairly new equip
Heavy on hours
They wait until you are a week away from 3 months probation period then let you go. Zero communication until an hour before you have you to be ready. Never any indication of how long you will be gone. Management does not communicate with their staff.
Poor management and communication
Every one done their job well organized was interesting going to different sites and work with different people people were helpful they all worked together got along well with every one and even worked with a few friends from back home.
Would get the truck 2 go to the store and do things I needed 2 some times
Do extra work and not get paid for it like picking some one up at the atrport
Management at my facility is fantastic, very supportive and genuinely cares about their people. We are not numbers here. Great home/work balance. Pay is good if you stick around for more than a year, with large jumps every year. Job is secure, even through tough times. Coworkers are 90% great. Safety equipment is genuinely important, used/given and maintained. Been with my facility for 3 years, best decision ever. (Not all facilities are as good as this one mind you. I have been to a few others and MOST of them are pretty close). Pros of working here hugely outweigh the cons
Supportive managment and coworkers, job security
Lots of chemical hazards on site
