They allow you to desk visit within reason instead of scheduled breaks. Listening to music is allowed if you are not on the phone. They seem to care about their employees.

Don’t apply here if you want a real job such a waste of time. They don’t have any training available cause they are over there heads with work. The managers hide in there office

Every review you read is true. This company is a joke. Favouritism runs rampant. The director sent an email to all employees stating they only care about money and not their employees. Void this place at all cost trust me. Wast a time and energy. Everyone is stressed out. They fired the good hard working people and hire nitwits who don’t know their ABC’s and 123

Worked here for 2 weeks and was fired.
Training sucks- gets someone from another department to train you

Was hired with another person and they barely had time to train one of us

Manager is very rude when that person fires you, was nice and funny before

Mailroom staff is nice and the only people I learned something from (thanks)

They say your not expected to know everything but trust me you are

Front desk person is also nice

Big manager is very nice

Nice place overall

The one person who knows everything is nice but you can’t go to her for help because she’s to busy as she’s doing the work for 3 people who aren’t there because they don’t have employees.

People are nice and helpful. Diverse work culture. Employee appreciation. Pay extremely low. Management style can improve a lot. No job security. Not challenging enough.

The person that trained me was constantly taking phone calls from family on cell phone, work phone text. I felt I did not get a proper training and was treated like an outsider left on my own. Did not feel welcome and had to constantly walk around asking if anyone had some work for me.

you are constantly on the phone which is the primary role; however there is little to no communication between agents and you only have a minimum amount of time to help the customer with whatever is needed. you are regulated to strict adherence policies that are recorded each shift

I don't recommend this company to anybody. The employee turnover rate is exceptionally high for reasons. A great deal of pressure is placed on the longer term employees due to the turnover rate and always having untrained employees.

They do not care about their employees well being or mental state. You can have a seizure with a doctors note and they still will fire you ! Be aware they are a benefits company screwing other people for their money and giving them bare bones benefits and charging a fortune

Under staffed and over worked at both offices. Upper management does not listen to employees about work load.
Regular staff are great and friendly but everyone is super stressed. The amount of employees who have had breakdowns is ridiculous and upper management does not care. Each person is super dispensable and replaceable in their mind. Several employees have gone on stress leave or quit before having another job lined up. That tells you everything you need to know.

This is a garbage place to work. Management are never available for help, always “do not disturb” or hidden behind closed doors. They expect you to maintain a perfect ratio of time on/off the phones but the supervisors ask you to do their work and help out senior agents, and then you get in trouble for being off the phone. The training is terrible. There is barely any emotional/mental support bc considering it’s a cal centre They Don’t want you communicating with other departments but they ignore your emails

If you want a job for 3 months fine, but in the end you probably will not stay, because they terminate you before benefits, and 3 months, if your lucky you make it, maybe get a possible $2.00 per hour raise, but that never happens

Not worth the stress as low pay. Inconmpent management and team leads. No support or proper traing. Just blame... Always your fault not theirs . Nepotism and favoritism run rampant.

Good place to work if you've just finished school or are looking for something at a medium pace to do before you retire. Very little upward mobility as positions are often filled for long periods of time.

This a a great Canadian company to work for They give quality of family and work life a great balance. The work place culture is very friendly and everybody pulls together when the hustle and bustle of the day gets insanely busy.

You learn quite a bit everyday about keying claims, processing paper work, managers are very nice, not sure what the hardest part is about this job, just maybe hitting the quota for the day.

This was the worst job I EVER had, management is awful and entitled. HR is furthest from helpful and make you feel intimidated. Relationships with management and employees swept under the rug while employees put in awkward postions.

They treat you like peasents, the entire office is politics and drama. I had numerous stress and medical leaves, and was let go "for lack of work", while they put a job posting for more employees.


The mail room is strictly to talk gossip and be spies for management to report back what is happening on the floor.


There is nothing professional about this company.

Expected to do the job of multiple people as the turnover rate is so high. Loyal employees treated with no respect and are leaving because of it. Multiple stress leaves taken from employees. Cant keep a new employee to save the companys life. Management likes to lock themselves in their office. Youre expected to work like a robot, make very minimal errors ( if you screw up they will decrease your measly yearly pay increase) When asking for a higher wage because your work load is that of 6 people youre told no and that "if you dont like it you can leave"

Favoritism is a common thing in this company and management hires family and they are all friends outside of work.


LOTS OF D.R.A.M.A.


If you can avoid it, I highly recommend not working here. Unless youre an undercover boss, then I highly reccomend applying here.

lots of work to do as there is currently a backlog; learn new things daily; interact with office staff; schedule lunch breaks; cheap pay (barely past minimum wage)
