Family working culture with a few hardships
Working at the Civic Hotel has a family-oriented workplace culture. Everyone is super nice and genuine. Even Management is very approachable. What I find most difficult is working here is that standing for the entire shift and dealing with guests' issues (that is part of work). The most enjoyable part of the job is to be working with the people you like working with and Marriott employee discounts! #teamCIVIC
Family like Culture!
I love that I feel part of not just a team, but a family. The Managers take the time to get to know "you" and who you are. We all work hard, but we also know how to have a laugh and find time in the day to simply enjoy being at work. Hands down, best job environment ever!
