In unionized positions, your first sick day is unpaid after three occurrences. 20 days at 100%, balance at 75%. Unused 100% days can be carried over to next year at 2 to 1 to add more 100% days.
For regular full time L79 workers, 20 fully paid sick days (6 of them can be used for sick dependants) and 130 days at 75%
