It's a pretty horrible place, and that starts with how they post their jobs without proper hours/pay (especially for titles such as 'Supervisor', as those are not just slightly above minimum wage...they should be treated as professional management jobs, not silly camp positions). Recruiters/HR are very negative and ignorant to anyone outside of the corp, so be careful as a candidate as they just only care about themselves (very selfish people).

At the Town I would wear dress pants, a blazer with an open shirt, no tie. Always make sure you are well groomed.

Very exclusive, cliques are everywhere, not as diverse as you'd hope (gender wise, there needs to be more men in recreation on the programming side as it's 90% or more female; that's not diversity).

No the job that I do cannot be performed remotely because one needs to be at location in order to see how many people attend the playground.

What benefits? People get benefits? huh...don't think any of the jobs since 2010 or earlier, have had benefits as it's an old boys/old girls club at the top that have them all and don't speak up for contract employees. Everything is now short term, casual part time - minimum wage (or just slightly above minimum wage), without any benefits.
