Is there room to advance within the corporations structure, or are you stuck in the position you are hired for and have to deal with a negative superviosry/managerial culture that promotes those people but no one else?
There is absolutely no growth potential for anyone below management; they hire you to do a job, but they don't hire you as a career employee.
Why is there such high turnover with the majority of jobs that are posted on Indeed?
A really horrible culture where management is super nasty to co-workers and so the city of guelph pushes employees away, and then they have to hire again (but they push more responsibilities on the roles with less pay & hours).
Tough, the work is simple but the people are bored and bored people will cause issues .
just a lot of question
explain when ... this happened to you
they are waiting for you to say the right thing, when you do they check a box on there paper and then move on to the next question
