If you apply to have a higher staff position after two summers as a basic camp leader, you are able to become a Senior Leader, which is a camp staff that focuses more on directing the abilities of the basic camp leaders where necessary.
The environment is very good. Everyone is always working together and trying to help as much as they can.
I was provided many training opportunities, such as First Aid and High Five, and also many courses allowing me to learn and develop my interpersonal abilities when it comes to spending time with children (abled and those with different abilities), parents, and other staff.
I applied and received an interview in a timely manner. Knew I was hired within a couple of weeks.
