The work environment is generally high energy. Which can be stressful. There is definitely a us vs them type attitude between supervisors and management and SSR's and plant staff. So those two things play a large part in workplace stress. Plus if you are an SSR you have to deal with customers who can be challenging.
Generally, I chalk it up to that's why they pay us what they do. .

Coming in to work praying I don't see and managers. And hoping no drivers blame me for their bad work day.
