Toxic Workplace and Bad Management

Most people around there are very toxic, especially the management. You can never get anyone to cover for your shift even when you need it because no one wants to be there and it is not their fault. The managers don't see employees as living creatures but instead a thing they can control. The environment is fear-based. Work-wise, it was okay. You will learn a lot of things like mixing dough, how to roll and make products that Cinnabon sells. It's not all about just work but also how to deal with others out of your comfort zone. If you're nice, your coworkers will take advantage of that and get you to do things they don't want like throwing heavy garbages in the bin.
A typical day at work consists of:
-Rolling Dough (sometimes mixing too)
-Following through a time phase when cooking the rolls
-Frosting the rolls
-Cooling and refrosting the rolls to prepare them for boxing
-Cleaning around the workplace and washing dishes
-Informing customers about promotions and making transactions at the cash register
-You get discount on drinks and a free product (Classic Roll, Minibon Roll, etc.) from the hotplate.
-If you are promoted to a Crew Leader, your salary increases by two digit cents.
