Management is bad under paid for work done always push push but not appreciated for what you do management need to get better training cause there rude and no respect only think of her self and no one else crew members crew leaders and assistant manager is treated poorly by the manager and pays sucks and you do more hours get promiss to be paid for it and never see a penny of it working overnight not even paid more rediculious place to work for not recommend would never work there again and would never recommend cinnabon as a working place for anyone
Not as busy during school year on weekdays but pretty busy during the weekends. Management are nice and understanding. It's fun being the person to run the store once in a while, you get to learn when you need to restock the oven and how to learn to roll.
After learning the P.O.S machine everything comes easy to you as a cashier (take order, make order, serve order).
Mixing ingredients for the Cinnabons are explained thoroughly by managers or shift leaders.
Crew is friendly.
A typical day at work involves frosting, cashier work, and multitude of other tasks you are assigned to. If you can roll buns, you may be assigned to roll buns. If you can mix, you may be assigned to mix on a morning shift. It varies from day to day. Christmas is extremely busy and the store is always unprepared. I learned that there may be adults in charge of the business but they fail to act like adults. Management is okay, they accommodate last minutes notices and people with commitments to sports. You get one free bun per shift.
On a slow day it is very slow, almost boring. On a busy day it is very fast pace. I learned how to take on management roles. Management can be good, but loses favourableness the higher up in management. Hardest part about the job is the labour. The most enjoyable part are the people you work with.
Co-workers and management are great, understanding, and easy to get along with. The job itself is taxing as any job, and there isn't much to complain about other than the customers. The customers are terrible, and head office is terrible. Head office treats employees terribly, provide terrible working conditions, and supplies. The store is cramped, and many things need to be replaced but aren't, the debit machines, the spatula, mop bucket, ect;
Free buns, great co-workers, and management
Head office doesn't care about employee saitisfaction
My position in cinnabon was customer service, cashier, baking, and sanitary maintenance. After working at cinnabon I learned a lot of things about the bakery and working in a mall. The store had great co workers that I got along with very well. The management changed very frequently and started to affect my performance in the workplace.
