I worked there just over 3 years, in that time we had 3 different managers to varying degrees of effectiveness. Little to no room for advancement, and the pay increase isn't worth the extra responsibilities. With all the management changes rules were regularly changed, seemingly at random. Due to the general age being younger the entire vibe becomes cliquey and immature even among the older staff. would not recommend.
Free cinnabon(although they got more and more stingy as time went on)

After learning the P.O.S machine everything comes easy to you as a cashier (take order, make order, serve order).
Mixing ingredients for the Cinnabons are explained thoroughly by managers or shift leaders.
Crew is friendly.
