It is a Contact Centre environment, so it is always busy and you have a stats to watch for if you are on the phones. You only get 30 mins for lunch and 2 15-mins breaks. However, it is a subsidiary of CIBC and has its own IT, Sales and other teams. You are able to learn a lot of different things here.
