There is a lack of discussion about the clients bigger picture including planning so they can understand what retirement will look like. Lack of accountability and action taken to help everyone at the branch level hurts the momentum of the bank.

I have been with this company for almost five years. Overall, it is a good company to work for. However, there is an absence of employee career development culture which is the biggest disappointment. Management quality varies quite a lot as well.
