Good workplace
Financial Services Representative (Ancien employé) –  Saskatoon, SK16 octobre 2019
Great colleagues and environment. I have learnt a lot from the learning process. I worked there for less than three months. In this short period I tried to learn as much as possible. The design of training is good. Nice culture in the workplace.

Poor Salary, High expectations
Financial Services Representative (Ancien employé) –  Saskatoon, SK10 septembre 2017
High pressure to sell, low compensation for work. Management doesn't seem to care about employee satisfaction. Training is subpar constantly told to "Fake it till you make it"

You basicly work at a call center
SENIOR FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (Ancien employé) –  Saskatoon, SK11 juillet 2017
Managers micromanage you to the extreme. The company gives you a list of clients to call every day. They believe successful sales come from the business these calls generate. Even if you get outstanding sales results, if you do not meet these call targets you get NO bonus, and get threatened with job termination.

None
Points négatifs
Good training to get a job at a different Bank

Sales and services
Financial Services Representative II July (Employé actuel) –  Saskatoon, SK21 février 2017
In present position I sell mortgages products (secured line of Credit), unsecured products, refinance mortgage and acquire new mortgages. Setting up plan for each client is the most rewarding part of my job, in every meeting I and the client plan and set goals.
Clients are shown projected income for setup a plan for example registered education plan for their children, setting extra funds in their TFSA. Opening a GST account for their business. Documenting sales activities in sales pipeline, making outbound calls and making appointments for financial advice
My present position has helped me to build relation with people from all race I am always willing to take up challenges.

A fast paced work environment with everyday challenges
Customer Service Representative- Head teller (Employé actuel) –  Saskatoon17 septembre 2014
A typical day at work was 8:30 til 5 dealing with everyday transactions for clients as well as other banking needs. I learned additional information in the banking field from financial sales representatives and managers with a wealth of experience. My branch worked together as a team lead by a single general manager branching down the two assistant branch managers followed by employees such as financial service represenatives and customer services representatives (myself). The hardest part of the job was attempting to adhere to the sales goals the district placed upon the branch as a whole. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with my team to attempt and achieve these goals
Points positifs
Benefits, hour long lunches, bank hours, better than minimum wage
Points négatifs
institution's lack of compassion towards employee, compensation
