1) invest massively in real training, field training
2) invest in customer service training and put them to work together with the sales team who has better product knowledge
3) remove the compliance team who clearly shows lack of knowledge of the company's products and services and operate against their own company, not to mention their lack of ability to deal with cultural differences
4) invest massively in communications channels
