"J'ai occupé de nombreux postes à la Banque CIBC. J'ai commencé à travailler ici il y a 10 ans en tant que directrice de centre bancaire. Aujourd'hui, mon équipe veille à ce que les membres de l'équipe en contact avec les clients pensent à l'ensemble de l'expérience à chaque étape. La Banque CIBC a toujours été très axée sur la collectivité. J'aime aider les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs et j'ai eu un excellent accès au mentorat. Je suis constamment à la recherche de nouvelles sources d'inspiration. J'ai la chance de faire un travail qui correspond à mes valeurs et à mes passions. Je me réveille le matin et je souris en sachant que j'aime vraiment ce que je fais."

CIBC's Enterprise Innovation team held the first-ever CIBC Innovation Summit at the MaRS Discovery District in Toronto. It was an opportunity to bring together various teams from across the bank who are innovating for our clients to share their work via live demonstrations and to hear from Victor on the important role innovation plays in supporting the client experience..
