There's a lot of really smart chefs who engineer amazing steaks, the best steak in Canada, maybe even the world. Only the most expensive cuts. The front of house staff is fun to get along with but can sometimes be snarky. There's a lot of different cool recipies and things to learn and try.
Servers work anywhere from 2-10hrs a day. If they like you, you'll get your 20hrs, but remember they only need to keep you for min 3hrs a shift if they don't need you.
