Have personality test done for matching partners in a classroom! Teamwork building for new employees coming into a new classroom! Try and train new employees together so both are on same page. More and more team building processing. Teach old staff how to jell better with new staff. More mental health awareness from upper, middle management and room leaders! Way more communication and clear expectation. Recognize toxic partnerships in a classroom and change them immediately! Lastly
Hire people with the same passion and love for the concept of the Center! Make it clear what your expectations and paint a better picture of what the Centers expectations are!
It’s a wonderful place to work! Great pay. One of the top paying places I have worked as a ECE. I’m in love with the vision and compassionate about making it better everyday!
