C'est difficile car nous devons nous présenter tous les matins et le travail n'est pas assuré, mais les dispatcher sont avec nous et travaille fort afin que nous puissions trouver un emploi et obtenir une paie.

Always confrontations with the union & upper management. Getting work completed was always a push & pull as the company made F’d ions based on non union plants in other provinces.

To be honest and truthfully management does not care about Employees that put their devotion honest hard work. There are too much slander and gender jealous management towards workers. Management there are extremely toxic especially to frame and screw employees on manufacturing lies. Waste of time and life there. Does not matter anymore there. No appreciation.

People are Great, but Management is Questionable

Staff are friendly, minding their own business, and did not experience office politics. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about management. Criticism offends them; talking to them feels like a competition; they expect respect and flattery. Do not provide guidance and support but will repremend you if they think your actions/words are critical of them. An attempt is being made to change the culture but without management reflection - change is superficial.

Fast pace, minimum repair quota, good pay, bad supervisors.

Repair (Ancien employé) - Moncton - 24 septembre 2022

You must repair a minimum of 168 pallets per shift. The trainer was excellent. The supervisor was unfriendly and contradicted the trainer's instructions. You are expected to follow the specs (rules for when to repair a pallet), but you can't if you want to hit your numbers. Unfortunately, you must act like you follow the rules when a supervisor is over your shoulder until you are unionized after 640 hours of work. I would recommend this if you can tolerate the two-faced act you have to put on.

This is honestly alright! Some people wanna be a boss because a they have a title but that’s everywhere. Work balance is good. Employees are cool and respectful. There’s always work even when it’s slow season so you never worry about being lay off.pay could be more but it’s better then nothing
